We will clean all duct work and units using state of art equipment including a 8,000 CFM high-pressured portable HEPA vacuum system. This system produces negative pressure in the duct system and the compressed air jets dislodges all dust and debris from within the duct work and is collected inside of the 8,000 CFM HEPA filtered vacuum system. The HEPA vacuum system removes contaminants in the air, 99.5% efficient down to .3 microns.
Access holes will be installed wherever necessary to provide adequate cleaning. After cleaning, all access holes will be thoroughly secured with new sheet metal plates, tap in screws. Where ducts are large enough to be entered, a workman will crawl the length of the duct to HEPA vacuum clean the interior surfaces
After the cleaning process, a sanitizer/disinfectant will be spray-misted into the system in order to kill and remaining bacteria, dust mites and infectious organisms. We will use Benefect, an EPA registered Bacteriostat, Fungistat and Germistat that is effective against 130 organisms.
All grilles and registers throughout the above mentioned system would be removed and thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed of all dirt and soot accumulations. Contractor shall not be held responsible for any paint, retouching or plaster cracking adjacent to openings, but extreme care will be observed to avoid any unnecessary damage or soiling.
Drop cloths will be laid out on the floor to insure adequate protection to the areas in which the work is to be performed. Our workmen are fully experienced in this type of work. Contractors shall leave the area, in which he has done his job, in a broom clean condition.
